Response To Criminal Cyberstalking Complaints

UPDATE: Please Note: “MandrakeGhost” changed her name to “TrueMagick” in an attempt to avoid all of the negative information about her.

On July 16th 2009 Joe Moreno was contacted by an Investigative Reporter for WJAR T.V. in Cranston, Rhode Island and was informed that Michelle Walsh claimed he and others were:

Cyber-stalking her.

Harassing her.

Threatening her.

As a result of these serious allegations, the Investigative Reporter said he turned Michelle Walsh’s complaints over to the Rhode Island State Police and to the Cranston Police Department in Rhode Island (which opened a cyber-stalking investigation). The Investigative Reporter was also going to air a segment on WJAR T.V. about Michelle Walsh’s cyberstalking complaints, which would have named Moreno as one of the alleged “cyber-stalkers”.

Moreno immediately and promptly contacted the Investigative Reporter for WJAR T.V. and sent him factual and verifiable information about Michelle Walsh that strongly compromised her credibility.

Moreno also contacted the Cranston Police Department in Rhode Island and the Rhode Island State Police and was told by a lead detective and a State Trooper that his name was not found in Michelle Walsh’s cyberstalking complaints. One of the complaints had the reference number of: 09-27999-0F. On July 29th 2009, the Investigative Reporter confirmed to Moreno that he was not named in Michelle Walsh’s cyber-stalking complaints and thereby would not be mentioned in his T.V. segment if he decided to pursue it.

It goes without mention that Moreno never contacted Michelle Walsh through any means (email, phone, fax, etc.). Michelle Walsh and her attorney Bennet G. Kelley (who was specifically hired to address cyber-harassments against her) never tried to contact Moreno either. If Moreno was truly “cyberstalking”, “harassing” and “threatening” Michelle Walsh, why didn’t she get her lawyer involved and why didn’t she specifically name Moreno in her cyber-stalking complaints with the police?

It is Moreno’s personal opinion that since Michelle Walsh has no legal basis against him, she attempted to get the Investigative Reporter involved where she could play the victim, name her detractors, appeal to emotion and then cite the T.V. segment against her critics.

Moreno considers Michelle Walsh’s criminal and prosecutable cyberstalking complaints against him to be:

Extremely serious.

Unsubstantiated.

A form of bullying.

A form of harassment.

Therefore, in the spirit of full disclosure, Moreno will provide the information that was supplied to the Investigative Reporter regarding Michelle Walsh’s alleged criminal and prosecutable cyberstalking complaints against him.

Various Names For Michelle Walsh And Vonetta Lambert

Michelle Walsh and Vonetta Lambert use various names that can be confusing. As a rule of thumb:

Michelle Walsh is also known as “Kalliope Amorphous”, “MuseCatcher” and “Ananthasree”. Any reference to “Kalliope Amorphous” or “MuseCatcher” or “Ananthasree” is a reference to Michelle Walsh.

Vonetta Lambert is also known as “Meena Svara”, “MandrakeGhost” and “Meena’s Magickals”. Any reference to “Meena Svara”, “MandrakeGhost” (now “TrueMagick”) or “Meena’s Magickals” is a reference to Vonetta Lambert.

First Hand Claims By Michelle Walsh And Vonetta Lambert

The following claims were made by Michelle Walsh in an email sent to the Investigative Reporter (which was forwarded to Moreno) and in a first-hand communication between Michelle Walsh & Vonetta Lambert with the Investigative Reporter (whose primary details were relayed to Moreno):

Michelle Walsh and Vonetta Lambert claimed they are “roommates”.

Michelle Walsh claimed she does not sell anything on eBay.

Michelle Walsh claimed she is not associated with Vonetta Lambert’s MandrakeGhost (now “TrueMagick”) eBay store.

Michelle Walsh admitted she shares a mac.com account (which resolves to her spiritual name of “Ananthasree”) with her “roommate” Vonetta Lambert. Vonetta Lambert’s eBay business was fully dependent on Michelle Walsh’s mac.com account (Lambert is now beginning to use a different type of software for her MandrakeGhost business). There only known internet activity associated with Michelle Walsh’s mac.com account comes from the MandrakeGhost eBay business.

Michelle Walsh denied she is “Cothsee” and denied knowing anything about that person.

Michelle Walsh stated that her attorney (Bennet G. Kelley) advised her to have “Cothsee” remove the posts about her because it was best that she “keep quiet about these issues”. It is significant to note that the only information that “Cothsee” removed were posts that tied “Cothsee” directly to Michelle Walsh. That’s it. Disregarding the alleged advice of her lawyer, Michelle Walsh decided not to “keep quiet about these issues” and decided she wanted to broadcast her face and complaints on state television.

Michelle Walsh claimed she has not given any psychic readings in “over six years” and repudiated Moreno’s “internationally acclaimed psychic” attribution as being “ridiculous”.

Vonetta Lambert is a Native American.

Roommate Claims Addressed

Moreno sent the following paragraph to the Investigative Journalist regarding Michelle Walsh’s “roommate” claims:

Michelle Walsh (Kalliope Amorphous) failed to answer why she posted pictures of herself under the name of “Meena Svara” (aka “MandrakeGhost” aka the alleged Native American “roommate” of hers). It does not make any sense that her roommate's Ebay business (with which Michelle claims no association) is run on a shared mac.com account that resolves specifically to Michelle Walsh's spiritual name of “ananthasree”. I don't know about you, but if I was running an Ebay business focused on my persona and alleged psychic gifts, I wouldn't do it on my “roommate's” mac.com account. I also wouldn't allow my roommate to pose as me on my Ebay pictures (as Michelle Walsh / Kalliope Amorphous did for MandrakeGhost / Meena Svara). “Meena Svara” posted several pictures of herself as Kali (which were actually of Michelle Walsh / Kalliope Amorphous) and said they were of her (Meena Svara), copyright protected to her (Meena Svara) and even had watermarks on the picture that said “Copyright Meena's Magickals” (picture attached). Of course, all those pictures were deleted. Despite these facts, Michelle Walsh vehemently denies any association with the MandakeGhost Ebay account. This proves she is lying, in my opinion.

Moreno also sent a side-by-side comparison of a known picture of Meena Svara with a known picture of Kalliope Amorphous to the Investigative Reporter. The striking and undeniable similarities raised strong doubts about the truthfulness of Michelle Walsh. Moreno will not publish that picture here as he is sure Michelle Walsh will raise a huge copyright complaint. Nevertheless, that picture will be retained in case this issue becomes a legal matter.

Michelle Walsh told the Investigative Reporter that she is not associated with Meena’s Magickals eBay business and their only associations were a shared mac.com account and a shared phone number. As “Kalliope Amorphous”, however, Michelle Walsh openly claimed that Meena Svara is her “partner” and openly claimed she designed the labels and graphics used for Meena’s Magickals’ products and online websites (including her eBay business). As a matter of fact, Meena Svara and Kalliope Amorphous link to each other’s etsy businesses. Click thumbnail to enlarge:

Psychic Claims Addressed

Moreno sent the following paragraph to the Investigative Journalist regarding Michelle Walsh’s psychic claims:

I can also prove to you that Michelle Walsh lied in the email she sent to you. Michelle Walsh said:

“Regarding this ‘internationally renowned psychic’ statement, this is ridiculous. I used to give psychic readings during the summer on Block Island many years ago. I have not done that in over six years.”

Michelle Walsh was soliciting her psychicforecast.com website on IndiaDivine.org as late as May 30th 2005 and August 5th 2005 (click dates for links). Her psychicforecast.com website was online until February 2007 (as confirmed by archive.org). Regarding the “internationally acclaimed” statement, verify it for yourself (click “cache” to find the relevant passage faster). This was a mere 2-3 years ago, not six years ago or ten years ago (as formerly claimed by Michelle in the “Cothsee” interview). Michelle Walsh also wrote articles about “psychic fraud”. “Meena Svara” does the exact same thing using the exact same term.

Therefore, Michelle Walsh related information to the Investigative Journalist that could be verified as being inaccurate, misleading and untrue.

MandrakeGhost’s Mother / Daughter Lie

Michelle Walsh and Vonetta Lambert resorted to public and bold-faced deception on MandrakeGhost’s official eBay blog by claiming (several times) that Vonetta Lambert (as “Meena Svara” aka “MandrakeGhost”) was Michelle Walsh’s mother. Not only did Vonetta Lambert (as “Meena Svara” aka “MandrakeGhost”) claim that Michelle Walsh was her daughter, she also posted two PhotoBucket pictures on her official eBay blog claiming the older brunette (an unknown person who is clearly not Native American) was her and the younger blond was Michelle Walsh (which is true). Vonetta Lambert is 33/34 years old and Michelle Walsh is 30/31 years old. Michelle Walsh stated on her former psychic website that her mother died on March 13th 2003.

Needless to say, Vonetta Lambert (aka “Meena Svara” aka “MandrakeGhost”) personally told the Investigative Reporter that Michelle Walsh was her roommate, not her daughter. Michelle Walsh’s attorney identified Vonetta Lambert as a colleague of hers, not her mother. How exactly Vonetta Lambert gave birth to Michelle Walsh when she was two years old remains a mystery. Then again, Vonetta Lambert sold the “World’s Most Haunted Painting” on eBay and Michelle Walsh tried to sell a “Genie In A Bottle” on eBay. MandrakeGhost’s “mother / daughter” claim can be given as much credence as her other claims on eBay.

Since I have last posted, the “competition” sellers have continued to post photos of my daughter all over their website. The reason for this is that they are trying to say that I AM actually my daughter. They are saying this in order to discredit my history and make it look like I lie about my age etc. Well, I have nothing to hide and neither does my daughter. So, here are some photos of the two of us together. I am normally a very private person, but I feel that posting these photos is necessary in order to prove what horrible, horrible people the sellers who are doing this are. They are making up lies about not only me, but about my child.

My daughter Michelle is an indigo child. She is a gifted psychic and has been giving readings for people since she was in grade school. She works with animals, and has also worked on a volunteer basis to help find missing children. Besides this, she is a gifted poet and an amazing artist in all forms. She has been published in countless esteemed literary reviews and publications from coast to coast....and the website opened by the “metaphysical mafia” actually has her poetry all over their website. She is a beautiful, feisty young woman who also does a lot of work to help animals and the environment. I am proud to have a daughter who retained all of the values I instilled in her as a child. They can post as many photos of her as they want, and talk about her psychic readings all they want. She is a incredibly gifted and accurate clairvoyant. How they think they are bashing me by talking about my daughters work and posting her personal photos, poetry, blogs...is beyond me.

Michelle doesn’t really care that her photos/readings are on that site, but she is angry that they are using her to attack me, so she urged me to put these photos up. These were taken around the same time the photos of my daughter on the defamation website were taken. And yes, many of the Victorian bottles I use in my spells, come from that top shelf! :)

So, if you have seen the mandrakeghost defamation site, then contact them and let them know how disgusted you are over what some people will do to make a sale. And feel free to contact me directly anytime you see something that doesn’t seem to make sense. I am pretty much an open book, and I guess I am even more of an open book now! Like I said before, this group of sellers is attacking me personally due to the Ebay guides that I write which expose the truth about the scams going on in the metaphysical category.

As of July 29th 2009, This MandrakeGhost Blog Google Cache #2 (Posted May-24-09 11:45:47 PDT) is still online and was sent to the Investigative Reporter. Vonetta Lambert (as “Meena Svara” aka “MandrakeGhost”) said (since deleted):

I don’t like to take up too much time posting about all of this nonsense, but I know that my clients like to know what’s going on, so I am just going to update one more time because now I have had to contact my lawyer.

I have removed the photos of my daughter and I that I posted here last night, because now her safety is in jeopardy. The harassment website posted my daughters cell phone number online and they are saying it’s inactive-it’s not! Now they have my daughters number all over that site. They are now moving into the realm of criminal activity and my lawyer advised that this is a case of libel and harassment. There are accusations of larsony, theft, and drug abuse on that site. They have obtained public records of “Michelle Walsh’s“ in other states and are posting them saying it is my daughter. This is a open-and-shut libel case.

I have too much work to do and don’t have time to play back and forth games, so I am going to let the law deal with it since that line has now been crossed.

Those of you who’ve been following my blog and e-mailing me about the recent attacks on my family from competition sellers in the metaphysical category know what a difficult few weeks this has been for my daughter and I. Today took the cake. Those of you who know my daughter know that she is an artist, and she was recently attacked by this group of sellers on a blog which posted her personal photos and her home phone number along with claims that she is a Satanist and a violent criminal. Yesterday morning, she found many unusual IP addresses that have long been associated with the attack blog crawling all over her online art portfolios. This went on on all day long, and she began to become fearful that they would begin attacking her primary work. My daughter is best known as a fine art photographer. Because of the work she does, she is known by her face and her image. She called me last night terrified that this group was going to begin posting all of her professional artwork on the attack blog. This morning, to our horror, these sellers did just that.

My daughter is rather well known in the underground art world as well as the Internet art world. She has shown her work in many prestigious venues and has had many articles and interviews written about her on various esteemed art websites. She is a self portrait artist so she actually uses her own face in her work. In many online articles she has been described as one of the up-and-coming artists in the Internet world. Indigo children are very sensitive, very artistic, and they are very emotional. This attack on my daughter has led to her being hospitalized this afternoon for emotional distress. She cannot cope with the fact that her entire art career is being defamed and that her personal information is being shared online. She has had a real life stalker in the past, and this is bringing up very traumatic memories for her. Normally I would not divulge such personal information, but I feel it is important to share with you how vicious and ruthless this situation has become as a result of some guides on eBay that my daughter has nothing to do with.

If you visit the attack Blog, you will see that this is a clear case of cyber stalking. There is now another website which is cyber stalking and harassing and targeting my daughters art career. Both of these blogs were created by the same group of sellers. As you can see they would have to be spending day and night searching the Internet for every article, interview, and photograph of my daughter in order to compile such a large website complete with photos and lists of links. And what does this prove? Only that my daughter is a talented artist with a large fan base for her work. Everything she has worked for is now being destroyed by a group of sellers in the metaphysical category. This is the absolute last straw. All of these websites, all of these postings of photographs of my daughter, all of the lies about criminal activity, all personal information about people who are not even us -- all have nothing to do with eBay or any of the guides that have been written. This is a direct personal attack with the motive of destroying the lives, careers, and safety of our family. I can no longer take these direct attacks aimed at my daughter and I must now make this my full-time mission to bring this to justice. I will not be on eBay for the next few weeks, as I will be traveling to complete filings in California because of jurisdictional issues. Everyone can rest assured that these sellers will be dealt with within the fullest extent of the law.

...I would just like to let this show that this group of criminals is spending day and night stalking my daughter and I. They’re going through all of her art websites, looking at everything she has purchased, purchasing information from people with the same names as us, sending phone calls from unknown numbers, death threats from unknown numbers which have already been reported to the local police, and many more violations too numerous to list.

Today it ends. With the recent stress placed upon my daughter I can no longer take my time pursuing legal action against this group. So, even though it is the last thing I want to do now that my daughter is in the hospital suffering as a result of her career being violated, I have to jump on a plane and fly California tonight to rectify the situation that has been going on for far too long. For those of you who know my daughter, please know that she is in good hands with our family by her side and we will come out strong at the end of this. I appreciate all of the wonderful and supportive e-mails everyone has sent and thank you for taking the time to do so...

As a matter of fact, even to this day (July 29th 2009), MandrakeGhost’s “mother /daughter” lie is still posted on one of her guides. View Original Post / View Google Cache. The relevant text says:

Michelle Walsh is 30/31 years old. Vonetta Lambert aka Meena Svara (the “Roommate”) is 33/34 years old. The mother/daughter lie was told in public on Meena Svara's official eBay blog (a first-hand source). Although Vonetta Lambert made numerous legal threats against others, she apparently did not inform her lawyer about her “mother / daughter” claims on eBay that were directly responsible for the backlash that followed.

Meena Svara And The Cyber-Stalking Blog “Metaphysicalfraud”

The entire MandrakeGhost controversy can be traced directly to Meena Svara, who began to accuse various eBay sellers of being “frauds” because someone voted down her eBay Guides. Meena Svara decided (for reasons unknown) to publicly attack an eBay seller named “Rhonda” who never said one word against Meena Svara prior to that time. Meena Svara maliciously accused “Rhonda” of being a “fraud” on her official MandrakeGhost eBay blog (which eBay deleted because it violated their terms and conditions).

In response to the very first complaint filed against Meena Svara on the “Rip-Off Report” domain, Meena Svara said:

I know who is behind this and the other posting. Maybe they are mad that I exposed MoonStar7Spirits as a Fraud in my Ebay blog? You can see it for yourself. My Ebay userID is mandrakeghost--go ahead and look at my blog. You can see the blog as well as the Ebay guide where I exposed Rhonda of Moonstar7Spirits and I intend for heads to roll one at a time. Whose next?...I have no sympathy for the acceleration of karma. It’s never pretty. (Reference)

Therefore, Meena Svara admitted that she started the MandrakeGhost imbroglio by exposing “Rhonda as Moonstar7Spirits” and by calling her a “fraud” on eBay. Since eBay deleted that post, three days later (April 5th 2009), a blog called metaphysicalfraud was started on blogger that exclusively attacked, harassed and “cyber-stalked” various eBay sellers who never had known confrontations with MandrakeGhost / Meena Svara. The metaphysicalfraud blog was authored and created by an anonymous person named Truth Tellers (blogger profile still online as of July 29th 2009). The comments on the metaphysicalfraud blog were moderated and required approval before being published. The very first and primary alleged eBay “fraud” attacked was (you guessed it) “Rhonda”.

Meena Svara boasted several times that she had no sympathy for the “acceleration of karma” and “welcome to the acceleration of karma”. One of Meena Svara’s spell bottles was for success, revenge and “accelerating the karma”. Meena Svara also claimed “underhanded attempts never go unnoticed by me and they are dealt with in the appropriate energetic manner”.

On one of the very first posts on the metaphysicalfraud blog, “Truth Tellers” (the anonymous author of the blog) concluded the post by saying:

Rhonda has not only been exposed online, but her karma has been accelerated and now her daily life is going to be hell, with a huge energetic backlash. Poor Rhonda.

The primary attack against “Rhonda” and the “acceleration” of karma and “energetic” statements would seem to implicate Meena Svara as the author of the post and the creator of the blog under the name “Truth Tellers”.

Further strengthening the case that the metaphysicalfraud blog appeared to have been authored and created by Meena Svara was a comment written by “Truth Tellers” (the creator of the blog) which said:

The above poster made a good point. The Metafrauds site started to PROTECT the traditions that are being exploited. We wanted to show that those who use the name of Wicca or any other spiritual tradition to SELL the spirits of gods, animals, and Djinn are defrauding countless people. We were made aware of all of these goings on by the seller Mandrakeghost who is now being violently attacked by those same sellers who are using the spirit world as a gimmick.

Many of us know Meena personally. She has been a practicing witch for many years, her daughter is also a psychic. They both do a lot of good work in the community--animal rights work, human rights stuff. Many of Meena's Ebay auctions go to charity. Meena also has been very vocal about the terrible selling of animal spirits and other awful things. THAT is why she and her daughter are being attacked. Meena does auction off curiosities as well as her handmade items. Those are items that she has collected from others and she relays the stories as she herself had them passed down. If you ever saw her house, you would see it looks like a cabinet of curiosities. As far as her spell work, she makes beautiful bottles and they are all to help not harm. She is being attacked because she unfortunately didn't know that she was swimming with sharks--she just thought she was joining a site that she could share her work on and have fun sharing the odd items she has been collecting for years.

I know Meena and I know she wont back down. She will continue to sell her art, she will continue to expose those who cheat people in the name of spirit, and she will pursue the cyberstalking case until she sees every one of those merchants in court. You have our support M!

Since the “mother / daughter” story originated with Meena Svara and since the “mother / daughter” story has been proven to be wholly untrue, there is no way a “friend” could have verified that Vonetta Lambert (aka “Meena Svara”) and Michelle Walsh were mother and daughter. This comment would seem to implicate Meena Svara as the author of the post and the creator of the blog under the name “Truth Tellers”.

Encouraged attacks against the eBay sellers cited on the blog.

Encouraged other eBay sellers to attack those cited on the blog.

Created other sites attacking various eBay sellers:

- CreepyHollowsFraud on Myspace (Still online and created May 3rd 2009)
- Creepy Hollow Awareness on WordPress (Still online and created May 8th 2009)
- Moonstar7spiritsscam’s Blog (Still online and posted April 6th 2009)
- Meena Svara’s Rip-Off Report (Still online and posted April 8th 2009)

As a result of the metaphysicalfraud blog’s pervasive and unremitting attacks and harassments against various eBay sellers, two blogs (since deleted) were created to expose the connections between MandrakeGhost and Michelle Walsh and their perceived deceit and deception on eBay:

Because these two blogs were alleged to have violated copyright laws for publishing certain pictures for comparison purposes, Meena Svara and Michelle Walsh retained a lawyer who sent “cease and desist” letters to various suspected individuals associated with the blogs. Just prior to retaining their lawyer, the metaphysicalfraud blog was deleted with the threat of restarting the blog at a later time. Now that all these blogs are currently deleted/inactivated, Meena Svara and Michelle Walsh have been playing the victims and accusing others of being “cyber-stalkers” and accusing others of “harassing” and ”threatening” them when they were the ones who started the bullying and cyberstalking first!

This is not the first time that Michelle Walsh threatened others with legal action. Because someone loosely implied that Michelle Walsh was a user of recreational drugs on a Yahoo Group (Ref - Must Be A Member), she raised a huge wail and threatened to sue the entire Yahoo Corporation (Ref)! Of course, Michelle Walsh was to blame for the claim that she may have used recreational drugs because she once emphatically stated on backwash.com: “The day that smoking pot is legal...is the day that America is free.” (Ref).

Fortunately, a great deal of information regarding these issues is still available on the internet.

Walsh’s Hospitalization And The Arrest Of An Arson Suspect

In addition to the “mother / daughter” lie, Vonetta Lambert (as “Meena Svara” claimed that Michelle Walsh was hospitalized on the afternoon of June 3rd 2009. Meena Svara said: “This attack on my daughter has led to her being hospitalized this afternoon for emotional distress.” This claim (which would have a strong paper trail) should be fairly easy for investigators to confirm. To date, no one has confirmed it.

It was also claimed on May 24th 2009 on the metaphysicalfraud blog (whose comments required approval) that Meena Svara had given permission to “Mell” to post a comment that said:

I just wanted to let you know that I have been in contact with Meena and she is giving me permission to post this to update everyone. If you go to the attack website, you will see they are posting her daughters phone number over and over again. About an hour ago, her daughter received a threat of larson to the family home and someone came to her house and was arrested. This has quickly escalated to a criminal offense and Meena requests that you PLEASE do not make anymore posts about this matter as law enforcement is dealing with this issue.

This claim (which would have a strong paper trail) should be fairly easy for investigators to confirm. To date, no one has confirmed it.

Needless to say, Michelle Walsh’s alleged hospitalization and the alleged arrest of an arson suspect are claims apparently unknown to Vonetta Lambert and Michelle Walsh’s attorney. These claims were never relayed to the Investigative Reporter who personally interviewed Vonetta Lambert and Michelle Walsh. Why?

In a private correspondence, a concerned individual expressed the opinion that Michelle Walsh’s alleged brazen untruths, feral attacks, victim mentality, over-emotional responses and duplicitous behaviors may possibly be attributed to several self-disclosures publicly published on backwash.com where Michelle Walsh claimed she was diagnosed by a psychiatrist as being “depressed, chronically depressed, bipolar” and having “borderline personality disorder and attention deficit disorder” as a teenager (Ref).

CyberStalking Complaints - Concluding Points

This is why there is so much controversy surrounding the MandrakeGhost eBay business and Michelle Walsh. When it can be factually proven that Walsh & Lambert are lying, they view it as “cyberstalking”. Moreno views it as evidence that they are not credible. Since Moreno’s original argument is that Michelle Walsh is not a credible voice against Amma, the burden of proof was on him to make that case. Moreno believes he made it.

Moreno was forced to keep an extremely careful and complete set of records and screencaps because of all the legal threats, FBI threats, police threats, cyberstalking threats, etc., that Walsh & Lambert made against others and which “Cothsee” and the Cult Of The Hugging Saint domain (which is owned by Michelle Walsh) made against Moreno.

Although Moreno was in possession of this information for some time, he did not publish it because he did not want to become entrenched in the MandrakeGhost imbroglio. Since Michelle Walsh decided to harass and bully Moreno by making criminal and prosecutable cyber-stalking complaints against him (with the intent of naming him on state television and who knows where else), Moreno was forced to respond.

Consequently, Moreno decided to publish this article:

To defend his name.

To make clear the exact circumstances and reasons for his involvement in the MandrakeGhost controversy.

To show how Vonetta Lambert (aka “Meena Svara” aka “MandrakeGhost” aka “Meena’s Magickals”) and Michelle Walsh (aka “Kalliope Amorphous” aka “Ananthasree”) resort to blatant untruths and outright deception to protect themselves.

To provide investigators with relevant information in case another criminal cyber-stalking complaint is made against him.

To provide relevant information on the internet to thwart any possible publication of criminal cyber-stalking complaints against him.

To make sure this information is archived and saved for future referencing purposes.

To provide his side of the story (since complaints were allegedly made to various unnamed agencies).

Vonetta Lambert and Michelle Walsh have “Cothsee” to thank for Moreno’s involvement in this matter. This entire matter could have been avoided had “Cothsee” removed one picture and one article published against Moreno. As Meena is so fond of saying, “Welcome to the acceleration of karma!”

Although Joe Moreno was never involved in the Michelle Walsh and MandrakeGhost eBay controversy, he has subsequently been dragged into it by “Cothsee”. During the course of researching information about Michelle Walsh (in relation to Ammachi), Moreno discovered some startling connections between Michelle Walsh and MandrakeGhost (aka “Meena’s Magickals”). The information and links on this page are public domain (the links can be clicked and the references can be verified by anyone until they are removed). Since it is expected that Michelle Walsh will remove the referenced material cited in this article, screencaps are provided.

It has been shown that Michelle Walsh, Kalliope Amorphous, Ananthasree and Meena Svara (owner of “Meena’s Magickals”) are the same person (as evidenced by pictures of them released on the internet and subsequently deleted).

People have rightly questioned why Michelle Walsh deleted photos from her PhotoBucket accounts, MySpace accounts, on her eBay account and on numerous websites if she is not “Meena Svara”. Michelle Walsh also disabled public access to her widely advertised musecatcher.com domain because it displayed many of the pictures that implicated her with her other online identities. Surely, if those pictures were of different people, it would serve her best interest to keep them up. However, that is not the case. Michelle Walsh deleted her entire “Ananthasree” PhotoBucket account and removed pictures on numerous webpages in a desperate and shameless attempt to prevent easy verification that the online pictures of Kalliope Amorphous, Ananthasree and Meena Svara (aka “MandrakeGhost” aka “Meena’s Magickals”) are of her.

Since Kalliope Amorphous portrayed herself as a notable public figure in the arena of photography and since Michelle Walsh portrayed herself as a notable and “internationally acclaimed” public figure & psychic and since Meena Svara portrayed herself as a notable public figure by being a genuine and bona fide witch, seller of haunted objects, psychic and spell caster...public scrutiny is inevitable.

It has been claimed that “Meena Svara” / “MandrakeGhost” is actually Vonetta Lambert. This may be true. Nevertheless, the pictures published under the name of “Meena Svara” are of Michelle Walsh. Consequently, Michelle Walsh has generated the controversy around her by misleading people with pictures of herself that she claimed were of another person.

Furthermore, anyone who posts his/her picture(s) on PhotoBucket is allowing internet users to email, IM, embed, hotlink, duplicate, save, transmit, tag, edit, enhance and print his/her picture(s). Besides providing codes to embed and hotlink to images, PhotoBucket allows users to duplicate images posted on their site to LiveJournal, Blogger, Twitter, FaceBook, Hi5, Friendster, Orkut, Tagged, my Yearbook, LiveSpaces, Bebo, Xanga, Multiply, iGoogle, BlackPlanet and MySpace. Therefore, “Meena Svara” (who is actually Michelle Walsh in the picture) has released the image as public domain through PhotoBucket. Thank you Meena / Michelle!

Michelle Walsh has resorted to legal maneuvers to bully others and has threatened to file reports with the FBI (which “Cothsee” and the COTHS email similarly threatened against Moreno). Moreno maintains a complete screecap-catalog that can be used to prove that the online pictures of Michelle Walsh, Kalliope Amorphous, Ananthasree and Meena Svara are all of the same person.

MandrakeGhost eBay Account Linked To Ananthasree

It is an irrefutable fact that Michelle Walsh is “Ananthasree” (Reference). Besides the photographic evidence that implicates Michelle Walsh with the identities of “Meena Svara” (aka “MandrakeGhost” aka “Meena’s Magickals”), there is additional public domain information that solidifies the perception that the MandrakeGhost eBay Account is run, operated and owned by Michelle Walsh (although the payments go through Vonetta Lambert). Luckily, this information is easily verifiable, is publicly accessible and is extremely difficult to cover up (at least for the time being).

Let’s cut to the facts:

1) ALL of the banners used on MandrakeGhost’s (aka “Meena’s Magickals”) eBay account come from her MandrakeGhost PhotoBucket Account.

2) ALL of the product images used on MandrakeGhost’s (aka “Meena’s Magickals”) eBay account come from Ananthasree’s homepage.mac.com/ananthasree account.

3) A rudimentary Google search for images linked to Ananathasree’s mac.com domain show that ALL of the images are linked directly to MandrakeGhost’s eBay account:

This blog was created because an anonymous person named “Cothsee” (who appears to be Michelle Walsh in disguise) attacked Joe Moreno on blogger (Ref: “Cult Of The Hugging Saint Exposed Expo”) and labeled him an “Internet Terrorist”. Therefore: In the spirit of full disclosure, Moreno created this blog to provide relevant information about himself and Michelle Walsh (a widely self-solicted and alleged “internationally acclaimed” psychic).

Just a few hours after Moreno published his article entitled “Michelle Walsh - Critic Of Ammachi”, “Cothsee” published the following blurb on numerous free press release websites:

The website, ironically called “Cult Of The Hugging Exposed” appears to be run by representatives or devotees of the hugging saint, also known as Amma or Mata Amritanandamayi. The site is made up of character assassinations on those who have been critical of Ammachi as well as those who have left the group. Countless hours have gone into information gathering in order to attack the character of those who have been outspoken critics of Amma or her organization. The website includes poetry written by ex-devotees, articles written by critics, links to their businesses, and annotated lists of irrelevant personal information intended purely to harass critics and ex-devotees of the hugging saint.

“It’s chilling.” said an ex-devotee who is one of the websites targets, “I left the group many years ago and now they are posting photos of me when I was young and defunct websites that I ran over ten years ago as well as poetry I wrote when I was part of the group. I have been a victim of Internet stalking recently, and I feel like I am living it all over again. The amount of time this group has put into compiling information on me is very frightening. This website illustrates why so many are afraid to leave, because this is what will happen to them.”

The “ex-devotee” cited in the article was Michelle Walsh (who was a victim of Internet Stalking in relation to her MandrakeGhost Account On eBay). Michelle Walsh lied when she claimed that her defunct psychic websites were run “over ten years ago”. In fact, Michelle’s Psychic Perceptions website was online until June 2003 and she was soliciting her Psychic Forecast website on IndiaDivine.org as late as August 5th 2006. Michelle Walsh was also praising Amma until April 3rd 2007. This is 2-3 years ago, not “over ten years ago” or “many years ago” as falsely claimed by Michelle Walsh (click thumbnail to enlarge).

The article written by “Cothsee” was essentially a defense of Michelle Walsh.

Michelle Walsh was directly involved in the “Cothsee” article, as evidenced by her alleged “interview”.

Although Michelle Walsh’s full name has never been published on the “Cult Of The Hugging Saint” website (nor has her full name ever been published on any website critical of Amma), “Cothsee” exclusively interviewed Michelle Walsh and other public ex-devotees were ignored.

The article written by “Cothsee” was published on the very same free press release websites that Michelle Walsh used to solicit herself as “Kalliope Amorphous”.

After Moreno pointed out that “Cothsee” used the very same sites that Michelle Walsh used to solicit herself as “Kalliope Amorphous”, “Cothsee” deleted all the free press release articles.

Michelle Walsh has yet to deny that she is “Cothsee” although she is fully aware of Moreno’s articles about her (as evidenced by her comments in the “Cothsee” article).

Michelle Walsh has yet to deny that she is “Cothsee” despite the fact that Moreno emailed the “Cult Of The Hugging Saint” website (for which Michelle Walsh is the webmaster & registrant) about the “Cothsee” blog.

The “Cult Of The Hugging Saint” email address responded to Moreno using the “Perfect Privacy” proxy server. The first email sent by them was on July 4th 2009 at 9:22 AM from the United Kingdom (IP: 83.170.95.133) and the second email sent by them was on July 4th 2009 at 10:41 AM from the Netherlands (IP: 84.244.189.186). The owner for the email of the COTHS domain said they did not know “Cothsee” and do not know how to reach Michelle Walsh. These are blatant lies because “Cothsee” has access to the “examma” forum (for which one must prove his/her identity before joining) and Michelle Walsh is the webmaster and registrant for the COTHS domain.

Moreno gave every opportunity for negotiation before publishing this blog and he was snubbed, threatened and lied to. Therefore, since Michelle Walsh (“Cothsee”) decided to pull Moreno into her web of lies, deceit and defamations, this blog will supply the general public with factual and verifiable references regarding Michelle Walsh.
